30-Day Return Policy on Non-Perishable Items Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return of non-perishable items. To begin the process, please contact us at info@gourmeest.com for a return authorization.

Return Policy for Cancelled Orders Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.

Damaged in Shipping If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours at info@gourmeest.com. Include photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assist you with an insurance claim to resolve the issue.

Returns Due to Customer Error If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the package was unclaimed, we can refund the cost of the products minus the shipping costs for the return. If you wish for us to resend the package, you will be required to pay for both the return shipping and the new shipping cost according to the rates of our logistics operator. Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order and arrange for timely pickup and receipt of your items.

Non-Food Items Returns are accepted for unused and unopened non-food items in their original packaging. Please contact us for authorization before returning any products.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Refund Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
