Shipping Policy

Free Delivery for Orders Over 100 EUR (Europe)

We offer free delivery for orders exceeding 100 EUR within Europe (up to 30 kg).

Delivery Coverage

Europe (Mainland Only)

We deliver exclusively to mainland territories of the following European countries:

Estonia, Czechia, Andorra, France, Monaco, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Albania, Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden.

Delivery is not available to islands, overseas territories, or remote regions, even if they are officially part of a listed country. This includes, but is not limited to, Madeira, the Azores, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sardinia, Sicily, Corsica, and similar regions.

Orders placed with a delivery address located in a non-mainland territory may be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total order weight and delivery destination.

  • Orders over 100 EUR: free delivery (up to 30 kg)

  • Orders below 100 EUR: delivery cost calculated automatically at checkout

Free Delivery Conditions

The free delivery threshold of 100 EUR applies to the original order value before discounts.

Example:
If a promotional code offering a 10% discount is used, the original order value must be at least 112 EUR in order to qualify for free delivery (112 EUR - 10% = 100.8 EUR).

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days from our warehouse in Estonia. During peak periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 2-10 business days, depending on the destination.

In exceptional cases, the online store reserves the right to deliver the goods within 60 calendar days. If an order has not been dispatched within 10 business days, the customer should contact customer support.

Holiday Delays

Please note that orders are not shipped during the following periods due to logistics partner closures:

  • December 22-25

  • December 29-January 3

Customers are advised to place orders in advance to avoid delivery delays.
