A traditional Estonian sauerkraut soup with a rich flavor and a smoky aroma. Made with 40% sauerkraut, potatoes, pearl barley (5%), carrots, and premium smoked meat (9.8%). Enhanced with natural spices for a perfectly balanced taste. Easy to prepare – simply mix the contents of the can with water in a 1:1 ratio, bring to a boil, and enjoy a warm, hearty soup.
Ingredients: sauerkraut (40%), potatoes, water, smoked meat (9.8%) (pork 93%, water, salt, pork fat, dextrose), pearl barley (5%), carrots, wheat flour, salt, rapeseed oil, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), black pepper.
